18 June 2026 — Publication of “灣區變形：歷史人類學的視角”

In partnership with CUHK Press, the Film Project Team has completed a scholarly publication in Chinese based on “Metamorphosis of the Bay Area”. Entitled “灣區變形：歷史人類學的視角”, the book consolidates research insights generated through the film project and includes a QR code linking to the 90-minute documentary. By translating the project’s audiovisual research into an accessible print format, the publication further extends its scholarly and public impact for and academic and Chinese-reading public.

To mark the publication, CUHK Press organized a book launch at the Hong Kong Book Fair on 18 July 2026. Members of the Film Project Team — Helen Siu, Liu Zhiwei, and Ching Maybo — attended the event to introduce the volume and engage with readers and book enthusiasts.
